⦁ Authorized Shares: The company has an authorized share capital of 164,816,240 shares.
⦁ Capital: The declared and subscribed capital is 1,648,162,400 Saudi Riyals, and it has been fully paid.
⦁ First Commercial-Residential Complex: The company’s first commercial-residential complex in Mecca, overlooking the Holy Mosque, covers an area of 13,869 square meters, with a total built-up area of 228,000 square meters.
⦁ Activity: The company’s main activities include the development of areas adjacent to the Holy Mosque in Mecca, ownership, development, management, investment, purchase, and leasing of properties near the Holy Mosque, as well as the execution of all necessary engineering work related to construction, development, maintenance, demolition, and surveys.
